Hello, I am Marlen Tallett and I am a Virtual Assistant

After spending 13 years working in the Television Industry where I managed the diaries, careers & lives of over 130 freelancers...I decided it was time for a new era to begin. In May 2018, Time To Deleg8 was born. My office is in Market Harborough but you can be based anywhere in the UK.

My experience thus far has taught me how to manage my time effectively, be self motivated, work well under pressure & feel immense pride over helping others achieve their goals & dreams.  I am highly organised, very loyal, adaptable, tenacious & dependable. Most of all I am passionate about helping & supporting people.

How to Deleg8?

The first step is to get in touch. CALL me, EMAIL me, DM me...send a pigeon if that is what floats your boat. From there we can chat about your needs & I can ascertain the best way of supporting you &/or your business. I am happy to offer a complimentary 20 minute consultation before undertaking any paid work.

No more getting overwhelmed with the stress of hiring a new member of staff & finding space for another desk in your office. Pay for the time you need & only the time you need.

​RATES

​

My hourly rate is ÂŁ30ph with a minimum charge of 1 hour, perfect for ad hoc work when you need it.

​

After that, my time will be billed in 15 minute increments. I will provide a time report at the point of billing.

​

Should your needs be slightly more open ended than this, I also offer monthly packages. These act as a retainer & guarantee you set a number of hours per month. That way you know what when you need the support, I will be available & ready to help.
